Returns
If you are unhappy with your merchandise, you may return it, in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund minus the cost of shipping. If you receive damaged merchandise, send us the damaged item(s) and we will ship you a replacement.
How to Return or Exchange a ProductTo return or exchange a product, fill out a return form at RMA Form and email it to orders@bluesurfari.com. We will issue you a RMA number and directions on how to return the item to Blue Surfari.
Blue Surfari is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.
Please allow two to three weeks for the processing of your return.
Secure Ordering and Privacy Policy
Orders are processed securely through Google Checkout. Blue Surfari does not receive any credit card information through this transaction, only customer names and shipping addresses. Blue Surfari collects customer information only to improve future transactions with customers. Please see our privacy policy for more details at Privacy Policy. Shipping and Handling
Blue Surfari only ships to the 50 United States. Please allow 3-5 business days for Blue Surfari to process your order before shipping.
We do not ship orders on the following US holidays:
New Year's Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving and the following Friday
Christmas Day
Shipping BackordersYou will be not charged for additional shipping & handling for backordered items that ship separately from the original order. Backordered items ship via Standard Mail delivery. (7-14 business days) Shipping Restrictions
Please note that Fedex and UPS do not ship to PO Boxes.
